Overview

Litoxetine (SL 81.0385) is a selective 5-HT uptake inhibitor. Litoxetine is a 5-HT 3 receptor antagonist with a K i of 85 nM for cerebral 5-HT 3 receptors. Litoxetine is an antidepressant and has antiemetic properties.
