Overview

iMAC2 hydrochloride is a potent MAC (mitochondrial apoptosis-induced channel) inhibitor, with an IC 50 of 28 nM and a LD 50 of 15000 nM. iMAC2 hydrochloride shows anti-apoptotic effect. iMAC2 hydrochloride blocks cytochrome c release.
