Overview

Edaglitazone is a potent, selective and orally active PPARγ agonist, with EC 50 s of 35.6 nM and 1053 nM for PPARα and PPARγ , respectively. Edaglitazone displays antiplatelet, antidiabetic and anti-hyperglycemic activity.
