Overview

PD 90780 is a non peptide antagonist of nerve growth factor (NGF) . PD 90780 interacts with NGF, prevents NGF binds with p75 NTR . PD 90780 inhibits NGF-p75 NTR interaction with IC 50 s of 23.1 and 1.8 μM in PC12 cells and PC12 nnr5 cells, respectively .
