Overview

D-65476 is an inhibitor of type Ⅲ receptor tyrosine kinase ( Flt3 ). In the absence of IL-3 , D-65476 inhibits the proliferation of TEL-Flt3 transfected BA/F3 cells ( IC 50 = 0.2 μM), which can be used in the study of Flt3 -driven leukemia.
