Overview

E-55888 is a selective and potent agonist of 5-HT 7 receptor and 5-HT 1A receptor with K i values of 2.5 nM and 700 nM, respectively, which has analgesic and antinociceptive effects. E-55888 reduces the nociceptive response of Capsaicin ( HY-10448 ) sensitized mice.
