Overview

MPI_5a is a potent and selective HDAC6 inhibitor ( IC 50 =36 nM). MPI_5a weakly inhibits other HDAC isoforms. MPI_5a inhibits acyl-tubulin accumulation in cells with an IC 50 value of 210 nM.
