Overview

5HPP-33 is an inhibitor for tubulin polymerization with IC 50 of 8.1 μM. 5HPP-33 inhibits the proliferation of leukemia cell and multiple myeloma cells with IC 50 of 1-10 μM, arrests the cell cycle at G2/M phase, and induces apoptosis .
