Overview

Desglymidodrine (ST 1059), the active metabolite of Midodrine ( HY-12749 ), is a selective α 1 -adrenoceptor agonist. Desglymidodrine is an effective arterial and venous vasoconstrictor and can be used to regulate blood pressure.
