LAS17 is a potent and selective tyrosine-directed irreversible inhibitor for glutathione S-Transferase Pi ( GSTP1 ) . LAS17 inhibits GSTP1 activity with an IC 50 of 0.5 μM. LAS17 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
