PKA-IN-1

Overview

PKA-IN-1 is a potent and selective cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase ( PKA ) catalytic subunit ( cAK ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.03 μM. PKA-IN-1 inhibits cAK in a fashion that is competitive with respect to ATP as substrate.
