Overview

MMP-2/MMP-9-IN-1 is a highly selective, orally active and potent type IV collagenase ( MMP-9 and MMP-2 ) inhibitor with IC 50 s of 0.24 and 0.31 μM for MMP-9 and MMP-2 , respectively. MMP-2/MMP-9-IN-1 is orally active in animal models of tumor growth and metastasis. MMP-2/MMP-9-IN-1 can be used for the research of cancer .
