YCW-E11 is a Bcl-2 , and Mcl-1 inhibitor with K i values of 0.83 and 0.33 μM, respectively. YCW-E11 induces cell apoptosis through the mitochondrial pathway and exhibits antitumor activity. YCW-E11 can be utilized in cancer research.
