Overview

DCE_254 is an EZH2 inhibitor ( IC 50 =11 μM) that also exhibits significant antiproliferative activity against lymphoma cell lines. DCE_254 inhibits the development of hypermethylation-related cancers by inhibiting the SAM-mediated methyl transfer process ( IC 50 =10.3 μM).
