Overview

Ro 18-3981 is a dihydropyridine that inhibits cardiac Ca 2+ channels . Ro 18-3981 shows higher inhibitory activity when the cell membrane is in a depolarized state (V h =-20 mV: IC 50 =2.3 nM; V h =-50 mV: IC 50 =100 nM).
