Overview

NCT-502 is a human phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase ( PHGDH ) inhibitor, cytotoxic to PHGDH-dependent cancer cells, and reduces glucose-derived serine production, with an IC 50 of 3.7 μM against PHGDH.
