Overview

(E/Z)-BML264 (N-(p-amylcinnamoyl) Anthranilic Acid) is a broad spectrum Phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2 ) inhibitor and TRP channel blocker. (E/Z)-BML264 is a SLC13A3 inhibitor. (E/Z)-BML264 (N-(p-amylcinnamoyl) Anthranilic Acid) is also an effective reversible inhibitor of calcium-activated chloride channels , has potential to treat arrhythmia.
