NBC19

Overview

NBC19 is an NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor with an IC 50 of 60 nM in differentiated THP1 cells. NBC19 inhibits nigericin- and ATP-induced IL-1β release with IC 50 s of 80 nM and 850 nM, respectively.
