RM 49

Overview

RM 49 is the derivative of Mitomycin C (HY-13316). RM 49 exhibits cytotoxicity in SCLC and NSCLC lung cancer cells with IC 50 of 0.01-0.5 μg/mL. RM 49 exhibits high relative antitumor activity in compared with Mitomycin C, Cisplatin ( HY-17394 ), Carboplatin ( HY-17393 ) and Doxorubicin ( HY-15142 ).
