Overview

NP-184 is a novel orally active antithrombotic agent. NP-184 selectively inhibits TXA2 synthase activity with an IC 50 value of 4.3 μM. NP-184 has antiplatelet and antithrombotic activities. NP-184 can be used in the research of thromboembolic diseases.
