Overview

m-PEG2-NHS ester is a PEG linker containing an NHS ester. The NHS ester of m-PEG2-NHS ester is used to label primary amines (-NH 2 ) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules. The hydrophilic PEG spacer effectively improves solubility in aqueous media. m-PEG2-NHS ester can be used in studies related to bioconjugation with ADC, proteins, peptides and other molecules.
