Overview

CBIQ (4-Chlorobenzo[f]isoquinoline) is a benzoisoquinoline compound. CBIQ can activate the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator ( CFTR ) Cl- ion channels and the intermediate-conductance calcium-sensitive K+ channel (KCNN4) with K d values of 0.1 and 3.9 μM. CBIQ can be used for the research related to cystic fibrosis.
