9-Phenanthrol

Overview

9-Phenanthrol (9-Hydroxyphenanthrene) is a selective TRPM4 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 17 μM. 9-Phenanthrol has no inhibitory activity on TRPM5, TRPC6, and CFTR . 9-Phenanthrol can be used for the research of ischemia-reperfusion injury.
