Overview

BMY 45778 is a non-prostanoid prostacyclin mimetic. BMY 45778 inhibits human ( IC 50 = 35 nM), rabbit ( IC 50 : 136 nM) and rat ( IC 50 : 1.3 μM) platelet aggregation. BMY 45778 also activates adenylyl cyclase . BMY 45778 is a partial agonist at the prostacyclin receptor .
