Tiaramide

Overview

Tiaramide is an anti-inflammatory agent. Tiaramide inhibits the PGE2 release. Tiaramide inhibits the rise in intracellular free Ca 2+ induced by PGE2 ( HY-101952 ) as well as Bradykinin ( HY-P0206 ). Tiaramide inhibites Bradykinin -induced contraction.
