Overview

Fexaramine is a potent and selective FXR agonist with an EC 50 of 25 nM. Fexaramine has no activity against hRXRα, hPPARαγδ, mPXR, hPXR, hLXRα, hTRβ, hRARβ, mCAR, mERRγ, and hVDR receptors.
