AWD 131-138

Overview

AWD 131-138 is a partial agonist of GABAA receptor with low affinity for the benzodiazepine binding site. AWD 131-138 exhibits potent anticonvulsant and anxiolytic properties in rodent models. It is used as an antiepileptic drug for the treatment of canine idiopathic epilepsy.
