Overview

CC-885 is a cereblon (CRBN) modulator with an anti-tumour activity mediated through the cereblon-dependent ubiquitination and degradation of the translation termination factor GSPT1. CC-885 potently suppresses the proliferation of human acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) tumour cell lines.
