IACS-010759

Overview

IACS-010759 is an orally bioavailable inhibitor of mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), targeting complex I of the electron transport chain (NADH ubiquinone oxidoreductase). Study showed that IACS-010759 induced AMPK activation leading to mTOR suppression which resulted in cell growth inhibition in AML cells.
