Timapiprant sodium

Overview

Timapiprant is a potent and selective D prostanoid receptor 2 (DP2; CRTH2) antagonist. It effectively improves lung function and symptoms in patients with atopic eosinophilic asthma. It was shown to reduce both nasal and eye symptoms in allergic subjects exposed to grass pollen.
