(-)-Talinolol

Overview

(-)-Talinolol ((-)-Cordanum) is the S-configuration levorotatory single optical enantiomer of the racemic mixture of Talinolol ( HY-108286 ). Talinolol (Cordanum) is a long-acting, cardioselective β1-adrenergic receptor blocker. Talinolol possesses cardioprotective and antihypertensive activities. Talinolol is also a well-known and frequently used substrate for P-glycoprotein (P-gp) active probes.
