Tetrantoin (Spirodon) is a spirocyclic hydantoin and anticonvulsant with an approximate ED 50 of 54 mg/kg.Tetrantoin inhibits and prevents convulsions induced by maximum electric shock test.Tetrantoin can be used for the research of epilepsy.
