Leupeptin acid

Overview

Leupeptin acid is a peptide byproduct present in the fermentation product of Streptomyces roseus MA839-A1, and also an intermediate in leupeptin biosynthesis. Leupeptin acid serves as a substrate for leupeptin acid reductase to generate Leupeptin ( HY-18234 ).
