CFM 1571

Overview

CFM 1571 is a soluble guanylyl cyclase ( sGC ) activator with an IC 50 of ~5.5 μM. CFM 1571 activates sGC in a NO -independent manner and exerts a synergistic effect with NO . CFM 1571 inhibits platelet aggregation.
