JAK2-IN-5 (Compound 13) is a selective JAK kinase inhibitor, with an IC 50 of 0.078 μM against JAK-2 and an IC 50 of 0.206 μM against JAK-2 V617F . JAK2-IN-5 can be used for the research of myeloproliferative disorders.
