hRVs-IN-1

Overview

hRVs-IN-1 (Compound 6g) is a selective anti- hRV viral agent. hRVs-IN-1 inhibits the replication of tested hRV strains with EC 50 values of 0.083, 0.078, and 0.015 μM against hRV-B14, hRV-A21, and hRV-A71, respectively. hRVs-IN-1 inhibits the replication of PV3 with an EC 50 of 0.063 μM.
