Overview

DMPA (1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate; 1,2-Dimyristoyl-PA) is a phospholipid that can be used for preparing liposomes. DMPA, when used as a negatively charged lipid component in fluid liposomes, supports liposome-bacterium fusion. DMPA can be used in the research of drug delivery.
