SIK2/3-IN-3

Overview

SIK2/3-IN-3 (Example 15) is a potent, selective SIK2/3 inhibitor that exhibits preferential inhibitory activity against SIK2 ( IC 50 = 10.3 nM) and SIK3 ( IC 50 = 0.8 nM) over SIK1 ( IC 50 = 801 nM). SIK2/3-IN-3 can be used for the study of inflammatory diseases.
