Overview

MC4R antagonist-2 is a potent melanocortin 4 receptor ( MC4R ) antagonist with an IC 50 of 0.54 nM. MC4R antagonist-2 can be used for the research of MC4R-mediated conditions, such as cachexia, osteoporosis, neuropathic pain, depression, hypertension, malnutrition-related obesity, and associated inflammatory diseases.
