COX-1/2-IN-12

Overview

COX-1/2-IN-12 is an orally active dual inhibitor of COX-1 and COX-2 , with an IC 50 of 41.6 nM against human COX-1 and an IC 50 of 31.1 nM against human COX-2 . COX-1/2-IN-12 induces antinociceptive activity and inhibits edema in in vivo experiments. COX-1/2-IN-12 can be used in research related to inflammation and pain.
