C14-306

Overview

C14-306 is an ionizable lipid with a linear 306 amine core and a C14 alkyl tail. C14-306 enhances brain transfection efficiency. Lipid nanoparticles ( LNP ) formulated with C14-306 promote mRNA delivery, increase neuronal transfection rate, and facilitate Cre-mediated recombination in the brain, while reducing off-target expression in the liver.
