Photoclick stearic acid

Overview

Photoclick stearic acid is a bifunctional lipid probe derived from stearic acid, containing a photo-activatable diazirine group and a terminal clickable alkyne moiety. Photoclick stearic acid can be used as a chemical reporter to investigate protein lipidation and analyze membrane protein-protein interactions.
