Overview

HSF1 ligand-1 (compound 18) is a ligand for heat shock transcription factor HSF1 , as well as a binder for the high-affinity nuclear protein pirin , with an SPR K d of 44 nM. HSF1 ligand-1 can be used to prepare HSF1-targeted PROTAC degrader ( HY-122653 ).
