Desthiobiotin-FP

Overview

Desthiobiotin-FP is a covalent activity-based probe used for labeling, detecting and enriching active serine hydrolases in complex protein samples. Desthiobiotin-FP combines a fluorophosphonate ( FP ) reactive group with a desthiobiotin tag for affinity pull-down. Desthiobiotin-FP enables activity profiling of serine- and cysteine-based enzymes .
