Overview

TLR4 agonist-2 is a TLR4 agonist with EC 50 values of 0.82 μM and 0.43 μM for mTLR4 and hTLR4 , respectively. TLR4 agonist-2 induces the production of TLR4 -dependent cytokines and chemokines. TLR4 agonist-2 can be used for immunological research.
