IL-4-IN-3

Overview

IL-4-IN-3 (Compound 15/analog 15) is a selective, reversible small-molecule IL-4 inhibitor with a K d of 31.9 nM for IL-4 . IL-4-IN-3 inhibits IL-4-induced STAT6 phosphorylation in THP-1 monocytes and Ramos B lymphocytes. IL-4-IN-3 can be used in research related to allergic inflammation, cancer , autoimmune diseases, asthma and arthritis.
