SYN1327

Overview

SYN1327 is a monomeric peptide that selectively inhibits the hIgG-hFcRn interaction . SYN1327 binds to soluble human FcRn (shFcRn) with K d values of 31 nM and 170 nM at pH 6 and 7.4, respectively.
