Lactokinin

Overview

Lactokinin is an Endothelin-1 ( HY-P0202 ) release inhibitor and ACE inhibitor, with an ACE IC 50 value of 29 μM. Lactokinin binds to bovine β-lactoglobulin variant A to form a non-covalent complex, which delays its hydrolysis by chymotrypsin, as well as by pepsin/chymotrypsin, in vitro . Lactokinin can be used in research related to hypertension.
