Caspase-6-IN-1

Overview

Caspase-6-IN-1 is a Caspase-6 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 5.6 μM. Caspase-6-IN-1 can inhibit Caspase-6 activity and reduce lamin A hydrolysis. Caspase-6-IN-1 can be used for the research of neurodegenerative diseases such as Huntington's disease and Alzheimer's disease.
