Overview

N-Oleyl-sphingomyelin is a bilayer property lipid modulator with affinity for cholesterol bilayers. N-Oleyl-sphingomyelin reduces the amount of cholesterol required for liquid-ordered phase formation and enhances the cholesterol tolerance of membrane structures.
